We however do not market that information. All of the information we gain is used in house, and we do not transfer, sell, market or lease that information.

We offer a simple and easy return policy when it comes to items received that are defective. If you receive an order from us that has defective product, we will happily replace the item free of charge. Depending on the product, we may require you to ship the item back to us first. We may ask for images of the item depending on the item and listed defects.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

We use the U.S. Postal Service with tracking for all shipments. All domestic shipments are sent out within 2 business days from the time of your order. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship on Monday. International shipments ship within 3 business days, as it requires us to fill out Customs Declarations.

We suggest that you ask for Insurance for any item that you deem valuable. All packages are already insured for 100.00 U.S. Dollars, and we are not responsible for damage to products by the shipper. We pack our items securely and carefully, and once it goes into the hands of the Postal Service / Shipper we cannot control how they treat it.
